Your Kindness Made My Day — Featuring Texture Techniques with a Twist!

There’s something magical about blending soft florals with unexpected texture, and today’s project captures that balance beautifully.

This handmade card features the stunning Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper, paired with the heartfelt sentiments from the Everyday You & Me stamp and die bundle and the versatile Mixed Label stamps. The cheerful florals set a whimsical tone, while the two-tone cardstock brings depth and dimension.

To enhance the layered look, I used an embossing folder on the cardstock and then gently sanded the surface to reveal the lighter core beneath. This technique adds a subtle weathered texture that perfectly complements the natural patterns in the DSP.

Inside, a simple but sincere message—“You’re pretty wonderful”—completes the card, perfect for sending a little light someone’s way.
